First, let’s say that the action is folded to CO, who makes a raise, the BTN calls, SB folds, 💹 and you are in the BB with QQ.

In this situation, apart from building the pot, you want to make a 💹 3 bet squeeze to try and get heads up against one of your opponents (preferably the BTN because he has 💹 a capped range).
